Its production method including some steps: grinding the raw material, extracting raw material from previous step by maceration using a first solvent to obtain crude extract of Cinnamomum burmanii, fractionating the extracted raw material from previous step through liquid-liquid extraction using a second solvent, wherein the second solvent is immiscible with the first solvent to obtain substantially coumarin-free extract, and optionally drying the substantially coumarin-free extract.
