PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of treating disorders characterized by the overexpression of ErbB2 or disorders expressing epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR), comprising administering to a human or animal having the disorders a therapeutically effective amount of an antibody that binds ErbB2.SOLUTION: The method involves: administering to a patient an initial dose of anti-ErbB2 antibody of at least approximately 5 mg/kg； and further administering to the patient subsequent multiple doses of the antibody which are approximately equal to or smaller than the initial dose.【課題】ＥｒｂＢ２に結合する抗体の治療的有効量を疾患を有するヒト又は動物に投与することを含む、ＥｒｂＢ２の過剰発現により特徴付けられる疾患又は上皮細胞成長因子レセプター（ＥＧＦＲ）を発現する疾患の治療方法の提供。【解決手段】少なくとも約５ｍｇ／ｋｇの抗ＥｒｂＢ２抗体の初期投与量を患者に投与し；さらに抗体の複数回のその後の投与量を初期投与量とおよそ同量又はより少量である量で患者に投与することを含む方法。【選択図】なし
