The present invention relates to a method of making a roasted egg using a quartz porphyry and herbal materials, and in particular, to a method which removes not only unpleasant taste and flavor inherent to the yolks of the hard boiled eggs but also cholesterol, allows a human being to experience an efficacy good for human body by penetrating far-infrared lights and ingredients of traditional Oriental medicines to enhance preservation, matures the eggs using the far-infrared of the quartz porphyry to exhaust harmful components such as heavy metal in human body, digests the heated and matured eggs into a mixture including extracts containing ingredients of the quartz porphyry, and herbal medicinal materials, and salts, and adds pure saps of the oak tree an flavors of the herbal medicinal materials thereto in a smoking device. That is, a method of making a roasted egg using quartz porphyry and herbal materials, comprising steps of: heatless- sterilizing natural eggs using ozone and infrared lights; discriminating the sterilized eggs between broken eggs and dirty eggs using a discriminating device; maturing the eggs for 50 hours at a temperature of 50? to 60? using far-infrared lights emitted from a quartz porphyry room with its wall covered by the quartz porphyry; heating the matured eggs for 48 hours at a temperature of 70? to 150? again; digesting the heated eggs into a mixture including extracts containing ingredients of the quartz porphyry, and herbal medicinal materials having herb, red ginseng extracts, poison ivy and salt roasted in bamboo for 5 hours; cleaning the digested eggs and immediately drying the eggs using a drying device; and pulverizing oak trees, putting the dried eggs and the pulverized trees into a smoking device, and smoking the dried eggs and the pulverized trees together for 48 hours.
