To provide a tape-fixing-type diaper combinedly using a urine-taking pad, thin and light-weight, easily attachable by a caregiver, and capable of sufficiently absorbing urine when urine leaks from the urine-taking pad.SOLUTION: A tape-fixing-type diaper 1 combinedly using a urine-taking pad comprises: a liquid permeable top sheet 2； a liquid impermeable back sheet 4； and an absorber 3 arranged between the top sheet 2 and the back sheet 4. The absorber 3 is arranged at a rear side than a center in the longitudinal direction of the tape-fixing-type diaper 1, and is configured of a pair of highly absorbent sheets 31, and a pair of hydrophilic sheets 32 wrapping the whole of each of the highly absorptive sheets 31. The highly absorbent sheet 31 has a substrate nonwoven fabric 311 whose one side surface is raised, and a highly absorbent polymer 312 fastened and carried between fibers of the raised part of the substrate nonwoven fabric 311.
