PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tape type diaper having excellent fit, while suppressing leakage of an excretory substance.SOLUTION: A tape type diaper (1) for underweight babies, having a maximum longitudinal length of 330 mm or less, includes: a pair of side flaps (20) to which fastening tapes (40) are fixed, at one side in the longitudinal direction； and a pair of three-dimensional gather parts (50). Each three-dimensional gather part (50) includes: an elastic member (51)； a pair of base ends (52) that cannot be erected in the thickness direction, at both ends in the longitudinal direction； and an erection part (54) that can be erected at a skin side in the thickness direction. In the longitudinal direction, the other-side ends of one side base ends (52) are coincide with the other-side ends of the fastening tapes (40), or are located at the other side with respect to the other-side ends of the fastening tapes (40).
