PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly receive excrement from a wearer at an auxiliary absorption tool, and suppress lateral leakage from the auxiliary absorption tool.SOLUTION: A disposable diaper 1 comprises: a main body part 2 having an absorption core 22； and a pair of crotch elastic members 24 extending in a longitudinal direction of the main body part 2 in the vicinity of both side parts 221 of the absorption core 22 on a crotch part 202. In the crotch part 202, thickness of the absorption core 22 on a center line of the main body part 2 along the longitudinal direction is thinner than thickness on other positions of the absorption core 22. In a state that the auxiliary absorption tool 7 is mounted on an inner face of the main body part 2, both side parts of the auxiliary absorption tool 7 overlap the pair of crotch elastic members 24. By shrinkage of the pair of crotch elastic members 24, the absorption core 22 and auxiliary absorption tool 7 become a downward salient state on the crotch part 202, and both side parts of the auxiliary absorption tool 7 are pressed to a wearer side. Therefore, excrement of a wearer is received properly on the auxiliary absorption tool 7, and lateral leakage of excrement from the auxiliary absorption tool 7 is suppressed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5【課題】着用者からの排泄物を補助吸収具にて適切に受けるとともに、補助吸収具からの横漏れを抑制する。【解決手段】使い捨ておむつ１は、吸収コア２２を有する本体部２と、股下部２０２において吸収コア２２の両側部エッジ２２１近傍にて本体部２の長手方向に伸びる一対の股下弾性部材２４とを備える。股下部２０２において、長手方向に沿う本体部２の中心線上における吸収コア２２の厚さは、吸収コア２２の他の位置における厚さよりも薄い。本体部２の内面上に補助吸収具７が載置された状態において、補助吸収具７の両側部が、一対の股下弾性部材２４と重なる。一対の股下弾性部材２４の収縮により、股下部２０２において吸収コア２２および補助吸収具７を下方に凸状としつつ補助吸収具７の両側部が着用者側に押し上げられる。これにより、着用者からの排泄物を補助吸収具７にて適切に受けるとともに、補助吸収具７からの横漏れを抑制することができる。【選択図】図５
