Diet composition for use in the prevention and/or the treatment of endometrial hyperplasia in a human subject comprising a) a fasting mimicking diet component to be administered for a first period of time and providing less than 50% of the normal caloric intake of the subject with both protein restriction and sugar restriction； and b) a re-feeding diet component to be administered for a second time period, which provides 60-100% of the normal caloric intake of the subject, wherein the fasting mimicking diet component and the re-feeding diet component are administered over multiple cycles.Una composición de dieta para utilizarse en la prevención y/o el tratamiento de la hiperplasia endometrial en un sujeto humano, que comprende a) un componente de dieta que imita el ayuno, a ser administrado durante un primer periodo de tiempo y que proporciona menos de 50% de la ingesta calórica normal del sujeto con restricción de proteínas y restricción de azúcar； y b) un componente de dieta de realimentación, a ser administrado durante un segundo periodo de tiempo, que proporciona 60-100% de la ingesta calórica normal del sujeto, en donde el componente de dieta que imita el ayuno y el componente de dieta de realimentación se administran durante múltiples ciclos.
