The muscular activity degree extraction section 111 generates and outputs plural muscular activity degrees from the input plural muscular potential signals. A relationship derivation information extraction section 112 generates and outputs information obtained from relationship among plural values derived from plural muscular potentials by using the plural muscular activity degrees.
