The muscular activity extraction section 111 generates and outputs a plurality of muscular activities from the plurality of input muscular potential signals. A relationship-derived information extraction section 112 generates and outputs information obtained from relationship of a plurality of values derived from the plurality of muscular potentials using the plurality of muscular activities. The information is input in an acoustic signal synthesis section 113.
