PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spherical silicone fine particle exhibiting high dispersibility at low oil absorption such as conventional polyorganosilsesquioxane resin without generating odor and exhibiting soft touch such as silicone rubber fine particle, a manufacturing method therefor and a cosmetic.SOLUTION: A spherical silicone fine particle having an average particle diameter of a primary particle of 0.1 to 100 μm, stress when 10% deformation of 40 MPa or less and exhibiting oil absorption of 40 mL/100 g or less is obtained by conducting a hydrolysis reaction by injecting a surfactant, a silane compound represented by the general formula:R1Si(X)3 and a silane compound represented by the general formula:R1(R2)Si(X)2 into an acidic solution with pH=1.5 to 7.0 as well as a condensation reaction of silane compounds. A cosmetic blending the spherical silicone fine particle exhibits very soft touch.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】臭気を発生させることなく、従来のポリオルガノシルセスキオキサン樹脂のように低い吸油量で高い分散性を示し、且つシリコーンゴム微粒子のように柔らかい感触を示す球状シリコーン微粒子及びその製造方法並びに化粧料を提供する。【解決手段】pH=1.5~7.0の酸性溶液中に界面活性剤、一般式:R1Si(X)3で示されるシラン化合物及び一般式:R1(R2)Si(X)2で示されるシラン化合物を投入して加水分解反応を行うとともに、シラン化合物の縮合反応を行うことにより、一次粒子の平均粒子径が0.1~100μmの球状微粒子であり、10%変形させた時の応力が40MPa以下で、且つ40mL/100g以下の吸油量を示す球状シリコーン微粒子を得る。該球状シリコーン微粒子を配合した化粧料は非常に柔らかな感触を示すものとなる。【選択図】なし
