The present invention relates to a DKK1 (Dickkopf-1) protein specifically present on the surface of regulatory T cells (regulatory T cells, Treg cells) among immune cells, antibodies specific thereto, and uses thereof. In the present invention, since the DKK1 protein is specifically present on the surface of immune cells, particularly regulatory T cells, it can be used as a new target for therapeutic agents for various immune-related diseases.
