The present invention relates to a Dickkopf-1 (DKK1) protein present specifically on the surface of regulatory Treg cells (T cells) among immune cells, to an antibody specific therefor, and to uses thereof. Being present specifically on the surface of immune cells, inter alia, regulatory T cells, the DKK1 protein of the present invention can be a new target of various therapeutic agents for immune-related diseases.본 발명은 면역 세포 중에서도 특히 조절 T 세포(regulatory T cell, Treg cell)의 표면에 특이적으로 존재하는 DKK1(Dickkopf-1) 단백질, 이에 특이적인 항체 및 이들의 용도에 관한 것이다.본 발명에서 상기 DKK1 단백질은 면역 세포, 특히 조절 T 세포의 표면에서 특이적으로 존재하기 때문에, 다양한 면역 관련 질환의 치료제의 새로운 타겟으로 사용될 수 있다.
