A mixture for coconut-based meatloaf is disclosed comprise the following ingredients: nutmeg, paprika powder, onion powder, garlic powder, prague powder, monosodium glutamate, black pepper, white pepper, sugar, salt, cornstarch, carrageenan, ground lean pork, and ground fresh coconut meat, wherein said fresh coconut meat is 50 pcnt of said mixture; said ground lean pork is 27.5 pcnt of said mixture; said cornstarch is 15 pcnt of said mixture; said carrageenan is 2.5 pcnt of said mixture; said salt of is 2.5 pcnt of said mixture; said prague powder is 0.5 pcnt of said mixture; said sugar is 0.3 pcnt of said mixture; said white pepper is 0.25 pcnt of said mixture; said black pepper is 0.25 pcnt of said mixture; said garlic powder is 0.25 pcnt of said mixture; said onion powder is 0.25 pcnt of said mixture; said paprika powder is 0.25 pcnt of said mixture; and said nutmeg is 0.25 pcnt of said mixture; said monosodium glutamate is 0.2 pcnt of said mixture.
