The present invention relates to a breathing rehabilitation treatment device combined with a chest wall vibration function with a breathing muscle strengthening function, which applies vibration to a chest wall in exhalation to discharge phlegm attached to a lung and strengthens a breathing muscle in inhalation to prevent respiratory diseases.
