PURPOSE: A cultivation method of spinach containing selenium is provided to improve the concentration of the selenium in the spinach by using a foliar fertilization method. CONSTITUTION: A cultivation method of spinach containing selenium comprises the following steps: sowing spinach seeds； and foliar-fertilizing fertilizer including the selenium while cultivating the spinach. The selenium is selected from K2SeO3, K2SeO4, Na2SeO3, Na2SeO4, CaSeO3, CaSeO4, SeO3, H8N2O4Se, or H8N2O3Se. The fertilizer is in a liquid form, and contains a soil microorganism agent.본 발명은 (a) 시금치 종자를 파종하는 단계； 및 (b) 셀레늄을 포함하는 비료를 엽면시비하면서 시금치를 재배하는 단계를 포함하는 셀레늄을 고농도로 함유한 기능성 시금치의 신규한 재배방법을 제공한다. 본 발명은 특수 비료를 활용하여 식물을 통해 유기 셀레늄을 흡수할 수 있도록 하고, 또한 특수 미네랄 성분과 접목하여 유기농법을 병행함으로써 기능성 및 친환경 농산물 생산을 가능하게 하는데 이용될 수 있다.
