PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air cleaner used for general household purposes, in a vehicle, etc., which reproduces the last operation conditions after an engine starts when used in a vehicle, and begins an operation with a push of an operation switch when used with a commercial power source use in a home.SOLUTION: The air cleaner includes an ion generator 4 that generates ions, a blower means 5 that allows ventilation of air, and a voltage detection circuit 10.
