Disclosed is an air conditioning apparatus for a vehicle, which is capable of having an antibacterial and a deodorizing effect on an evaporator in the air conditioning case thereof and which is capable of supplying ions sufficiently to the interior of the vehicle without the extinction of the ions. The air conditioning apparatus according to the present invention comprises: the air conditioning case having an air inlet at the inlet thereof, having multiple air outlets at the outlet thereof, and having an air path formed therein and allowing the air inlet and the air outlets to communicate with each other the evaporator installed on the air path in the air conditioning case a blower unit installed at the air inlet, and blowing air into the air conditioning case and an ion generator generating the ions when receiving power, wherein the part of the ions generated by one or more of the ion generators are supplied into the air conditioning case and the rest of the ions are directly supplied to the interior of the vehicle.
