PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a granule pharmaceutical preparation containing an unfavorable taste ingredient which granule is excellent in drink feeling and taste in drinking and has excellent handling property, and to provide a production method of the preparation, and, especially, to provide a granule containing at least one of glucosamine, chondroitin or quercetin glycoside as the unfavorable taste ingredient, and to provide a granulation method of the granule.
SOLUTION: The granule having excellent handling property and excellent in drink feeling and taste in drinking can be obtained by molding a powder comprising glucosamine, chondroitin or quercetin glycoside by an extruding granulation method.
