PURPOSE: A water treatment equipment using rice straw is provided, which can purify contaminants in sea and be used as a fence for intercepting and adsorbing various foreign material. The adsorbent made of rice straw, barley straw, wheat straw, loess and charcoal can be reused as fuel or fertilizer after re-treatment. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises the followings: (i) upper and lower cases (1,2) which have many openings (5,5') and connecting devices (6) around them (1,2); (ii) an adsorbent (9) that has two straw mats (3,3') between which filler (4) is filled to form a unit fence, the filler (4) being made by mixing a mixture of barley straw and wheat straw and a mixture of 60 wt.% of loess and 40 wt.% of charcoal powder in a ratio of 1:1; and (iii) a locking device (7) that is fixed at the side of the upper case (1) for connecting to the lower case (2).
