PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide packaging member which facilitates delivery and storage of an article such as sterilized medical tools and protects the article from being contaminated from hands or environments.SOLUTION: A packaging member includes a plurality of superposed sheets which are connected to each other at a connection portion near the center, and which have outer ends formed as unrestricted free ends, wherein a non-penetration surface for blocking the permeation of a microorganism or liquid, is provided near the center of any sheet. Article is put on the non-penetration surface for blocking the penetration of a microorganism or liquid, is covered by folding the free ends of the inside sheet, and is further covered by folding the free ends of the outside sheet.
