PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil and fat composition for manufacturing a simple powder oil and fat composition suitable for industrialization and consisting of only oil and fat and a food containing the oil and fat composition.SOLUTION: There is provided an oil and fat composition containing one kind of XXX type triglyceride having aliphatic acid residues X having x carbon atoms at 1 to 3 position of 65 to 99 mass%, one or more kind of X2Y type triglyceride where one aliphatic acid residue X of the XXX type triglyceride is substituted by an aliphatic acid residue Y having y carbon atoms of 35 to 1 mass%, where all triglyceride content is 100 mass%, carbon number x is an integer selected from 8 to 20, carbon numbers y are each independently an integer selected from x+2 to x+12 and y≤22.
