PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gel-like hair cosmetic good in spread when applied to the hair, free from saggings, giving good hair trimness, capable of imparting the hair with natural luster, and good in storage stability, to be used by spraying mistily in applying to the hair.SOLUTION: The gel-like hair cosmetic includes (A) a low-crystalline cellulose, (B) a plant-derived oil liquid at room temperature or 50°C or lower in melting point, (C) a nonionic surfactant and (D) water.
