The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a solid aromatic agent, the method comprising: (a) a step of pulverizing raw materials (b) a step of forming a mixture by mixing the pulverized raw materials and a non-sintered binder (c) a step of molding the mixture (d) a step of coating the molded mixture with a coating material and (e) a step of drying a coated product. The non-sintered binder is mixed with 50 to 60 parts by weight of loess, 20 to 30 parts by weight of terra alba, and 10 to 20 parts by weight of medicinal herbs with respect to 100 parts by weight of a herb fermentation material to improve durability of the solid aromatic agent, and the coating material is mixed with 5 to 10 parts by weight of polyphenol, 5 to 10 parts by weight of resin, and 1 to 5 parts by weight of natural latex extract on the basis of 100 parts by weight of the herb fermentation material.
