PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact electric vehicle capable of ensuring drivability and storage in a front basket.SOLUTION: A lid member 20 that covers the vehicle backward side of an upper opening 22 of a front basket 9 is disposed between the upper opening 22 and an under surface of a steering wheel unit 5. A front end of the lid member 20 is located vehicle forward beyond a rotational trajectory of the steering wheel unit 5. When seen from above the vehicle, the front ends of both edges in a vehicle width direction of the lid member 20 are located vehicle forward beyond the front end of the center in the vehicle width direction thereof. An elongated body 21 put in the front basket 9 is stabilized with a dent in the center in the vehicle width direction of the front end of the lid member 20, but is not jutted out of the edges in the vehicle width direction of the front basket 9. When seen from ahead of the vehicle, the lid member 20 is curved in a convex manner so that the center in the vehicle width direction thereof will be located upward in the vehicle beyond the edges in the vehicle width direction. When seen from obliquely upward ahead of the vehicle, the upper opening 22 of the front basket 9 is so large that a baggage can be readily put in or taken out.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】運転性を確保し、且つフロントバスケットへの収納性も確保可能な小型電動車両を提供する。【解決手段】フロントバスケット9の上部開口部22の車両後方側を覆う蓋部材20は、上部開口部22とハンドルユニット5の下面との間に配置され、その前端部はハンドルユニット5の回転軌跡より車両前方に位置する。また、車両上方から見た場合に、蓋部材20の車両幅方向両端部の前端部が車両幅方向中央部の前端部より車両前方に位置する。フロントバスケット9に入れた長尺物21は、蓋部材20の前端部の車両幅方向中央部の凹みで安定し、フロントバスケット9の車両幅方向両端部から外側に突出することがない。また、車両前方から見た場合に車両幅方向中央部が車両幅方向両端部より車両上方に位置するように蓋部材20を凸状に湾曲した。車両前方斜め上方から見た場合に、フロントバスケット9の上部開口部22が大きく、荷物の出し入れがしやすい。【選択図】図1
