The present invention relates to a bokbunja (Rubus coreanus Miq.)-containing pork seasoning composition. More specifically, the bokbunja-containing pork seasoning composition can be applied to pork bulgogi or pork ribs and is composed of 100 parts by weight of a seasoning mixture and 0.3-0.5 parts by weight of a bokbunja extract. The pork seasoning composition containing the bokbunja extract improves preservability, texture, and taste of pork, and also shows effects of improving eyesight and skin condition, preventing osteoporosis, losing weight, and enhancing brain functions owing to nutrients contained in bokbunja such as polyphenol and anthocyanin.본 발명은 복분자가 함유된 돼지고기용 양념 조성물에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 돼지불고기나 돼지갈비 등에 적용될 수 있으며, 양념혼합물 100 중량부 및 복분자 착즙액 0.3 내지 0.5 중량부로 이루어진다.상기와 같이 복분자 착즙액이 함유된 돼지고기용 양념 조성물은 돼지고기의 맛, 식감 및 보존성을 향상시킬 뿐만 아니라, 복분자에 함유된 폴리페놀 및 안토시아닌과 같은 영양성분으로 인해 뇌기능향상, 다이어트, 골당공증예방, 피부미용 및 시력개선 등의 효과를 나타낸다.
