The present invention provides a forming method capable of inexpensively forming a bodily fluid purification cassette which is reduced in size as small as possible. A bodily fluid purification cassette (U1) is detachably attached to a bodily fluid purification apparatus body. The bodily fluid purification cassette (U1) includes a synthetic resin box-like body (F1, F2) a basic element (R1, 1, PT1) incorporated in the box-like body a selective element (2) selected from a bodily fluid purification element such as a dialyzer (2), a plasma exchange module and an immunoadsorbent cylinder and bodily fluid flow passages (R1 to R7) which connects the basic element and the selective element with each other. The box-like body (F1, F2) and the bodily fluid flow passages (R1 to R7) are formed by primary molding such that a cross section of a split-type structure has a predetermined shape, and the split-type structure is integrally formed into a cassette by secondary molding. When the bodily fluid flow passages of the split-type structure are integrally formed by secondary molding, the basic element (R1, 1, PT1) and the selective element (2) are liquid-tightly connected to the bodily fluid flow passages (R1 to R7).본 발명은 저렴하고 가급적으로 소형화된 체액 정화 카세트를 성형할 수 있는 성형 방법을 제공한다.체액 정화 장치 본체에 대하여, 탈착되는 체액 정화 카세트(U1)를, 합성 수지제의 하우징(F1, F2)과, 이 하우징에 내장되는 기본 요소(R1, 1, PT1)와, 투석기(2), 혈장 교환 모듈, 면역 흡착통 등의 체액 정화 요소에서 필요한 요소가 선택되는 선택 요소(2)와, 기본 요소와 선택 요소를 접속하는 체액 유로(R1~R7)로 구성한다. 하우징(F1, F2)과, 체액 유로(R1~R7)는, 1차 성형에 의해 2분할 구조이며 단면이 소정 형상을 갖도록 성형하고, 그리고 2차 성형에 의해 2분할 구조체를 일체화하여 카세트화한다. 2분할 구조의 체액 유로를 2차 성형에 의해 일체화할 때에, 기본 요소(R1, 1, PT1)와 선택 요소(2)를 체액 유로(R1~R7)에 액밀하게 접속한다.
