The present invention relates to a breast elasticity pack using beta-glucan and a manufacturing method thereof. The present invention comprises the steps of: preparing 0.1-50 wt% of a beta-glucan aqueous solution by mixing beta-glucan in the form of powder extracted from Schizophyllum commune Fr. with essence and teprenone, adding distilled water to the mixture, and dissolving the mixture at 30-100°；C for 30-200 minutes； adding the beta-glucan aqueous solution prepared in the previous step onto a Petri dish or a flat plate and casting the same； forming a gel-type or solid-type supporter by mixing raw essence materials when carrying out a crosslinking reaction of the casted beta-glucan aqueous solution by the irradiation of gamma rays； making slices by cutting the gel-type or solid-type supporter in a fixed size； and attaching one selected from Korean paper (hanji) or non-woven fabric to one side of a product sliced from the previous step. When wearing a breast elasticity pack produced by the manufacturing method of the present invention, the adhesive strength is strong as a pack integrated with gel and essence, and a user can have a comfortable daily life even if the elasticity pack of the present invention is put on by attaching hanji or non-woven fabric on the surface in contact with skin.본 발명은 베타 글루칸을 이용한 가슴 탄력팩 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 치마버섯에서 추출된 분말 형태의 베타 글루칸을 에센스와 테프레논을 배합시켜 증류수를 가하고 30℃ ~ 100℃에서 30 ~ 200 분간 용해하여 0.1 ~ 50 중량 %의 베타글루칸 수용액을 제조하는 단계와, 상기 단계에서 제조된 베타 글루칸 수용액을 페트리-디쉬 또는 평평한 판 위에 첨가하고 케스팅하는 단계와, 상기 케스팅된 베타 글루칸 수용액에 감마선의 조사에 의한 가교 반응을 할 때, 에센스 원료를 혼입하여 젤 또는 고체 형태의 지지체를 형성하는 단계와, 상기 젤 또는 지지체를 일정 크기로 커팅하여 슬라이스화 하는 단계와, 상기 단계에서 슬라이스화한 제품의 일 측면을 한지나 부직포 중 선택된 어느 하나를 부착시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.본 발명의 제조 방법에 의하여 제조된 가슴 탄력 팩을 착용하면 겔과 에센스가 일체형으로 구성된 팩으로서 부착력이 강하고 피부에 접촉하는 면에는 힌지 또는 부직포로 인하여 부착시킴으로 본 발명에 의한 탄력 팩을 착용하고도 편안한 일상 생활을 할 수 있다는 장점이 있는 것이다.
