The present invention relates to a head alignment device which can align a head of an examinee automatically through a simple structure, in a manner of operating a head alignment part by linking a link operation part by linear movement of a linear operation part comprising a slope, and can prevent the head of the examinee from being over-pressurized by being configured to pressurize the head of the examinee with almost equal force regardless of the size of the head of the examinee during a process where the head alignment part pressurizes the head of the examinee by the linear operation part according as a moving block and a guide block are combined by a spring bolt.
