The present invention relates to a rice cake steaming device. The rice cake steaming device comprises: a steam tank for generating steam to steam rice cakes and supplying the same through a plurality of steam supply pipes； a plurality of steaming containers including a rice cake accommodating part on which rice cakes are placed at an upper portion thereof, and a plurality of ventilation holes to transfer steam to the rice cakes at a lower portion of the rice cake accommodating part on which the rice cakes are placed； a table which has a plurality of installation grooves on which the steaming containers are placed, and when the steaming containers are arranged on the installation grooves, transfers steam delivered from the steam tank to a lower portion of the steaming containers and includes a condensate outlet generated from a lower portion of the steaming containers to the outside； and a condensate collection unit which collects condensate discharged through the outlet of the table, and supplies the collected condensate to the steam tank.본 발명은 떡 시루 장치에 관한 것으로, 떡 시루 장치에 있어서, 떡을 찌기 위한 스팀을 생성하여 복수개의 스팀공급관을 통해 공급하는 스팀탱크와 상부에 찜을 찌기위한 떡이 놓이는 떡 수납부를 구비하고 떡이 놓이는 떡 수납부의 하부에는 스팀이 떡에 전달될 수 있도록 복수의 연통구멍이 구비된 복수개의 찜용기를 포함하여 이루어지며, 복수개의 찜용기(200)가 놓이는 복수개의 설치홈을 구비하고, 설치홈에 찜용기가 놓이면, 스팀탱크로부터 전달된 스팀이 찜용기 하부에 전달되되 찜용기 하부에서 발생되는 응축수를 외부로 배출하기 위한 응축수 배출구를 구비한 테이블； 및 테이블의 배출구를 통해 배출되는 응축수를 수집하고, 수집된 응축수를 스팀탱크에 공급하는 응축수 수집부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
