Disclosed is a medicine injecting device for absorbing a depressed or wrinkled skin layer and properly injecting medicine by moving an injection needle such that the skin layer can be restored so as to be evenly smoothed out. The medicine injecting device, according to the present invention, comprises: a case formed to be held in a hand so as to automatically inject medicine in a syringe a medicine injecting means fixed to the case and having a first transfer screw of which one end is fixed to a first driven gear engaged with a first driving gear of a first motor, and a plunger for fixing a first bushing coupled to the first transfer screw to the lower side thereof and a base having a needle stopping groove on one side thereof so as to hold a needle of the syringe, and the medicine injecting device which injects the medicine by operating a piston of the needle coming in contact with the plunger of the medicine injecting means comprises: a syringe moving means for simultaneously moving the medicine injecting means forward and backward and the base for holding the syringe and an absorption means having a fixing rod coupled to the front end of the case, and a T-shaped socket in which a hose connected to a vacuum pump is coupled to a vertical part inserted and fixed to the fixing rod and which is formed such that the needle of the syringe can pass therethrough in a horizontal direction, and absorption container having a through-hole connected to the hose by coupling a sealing member to a one-sided insertion part inserted into the socket in a horizontal direction and a space portion having a space capable of absorbing the skin on the other side thereof.Linvention concerne un dispositif dinjection de médicament pour absorber une couche de peau abaissée ou ridée et injecter de façon appropriée un médicament par déplacement dune aiguille dinjection de telle sorte que la couche de peau peut être rétablie de façon à être lissée de manière uniforme.
