The present invention discloses a medicine injection device which adsorbs a depressed or wrinkled skin layer, properly injects a medicine to the skin layer and evenly resurfaces the skin layer while a needle moves to recover the skin. The medicine injection device comprises: a case which is able to hold by hand for automatic injection of the medicine into a syringe a medicine injection means which is fixed at the case and comprises a first transfer screw and a plunger and a base which has a needle hanging groove at one side to place the needle of the syringe. The medicine injection device drives the piston of the syringe which comes in contact with the plunge of the medicine injection means and injects the medicine. The medicine injection device has a syringe moving device which simultaneously moves the medicine injection device and the base for placing the syringe forward/backward and an adsorption means. The adsorption means comprises: a fixing rod which is coupled to the front end of the case a T-type socket which is coupled to a hose at a vertical part, connected to a vacuum pump and through which the needle of the syringe passes in a horizontal direction and an one side insertion part which is inserted to the socket in a horizontal direction. The one side insertion part is coupled with a sealing member and forms though-holes connected by the hose. The other side of the one side insertion part has an adsorption container with a space for absorbing the skin. One end of the first transfer screw is fixed to a first driving gear which is engaged to the first driving gear of a first motor.
