To provide a running machine cushion plate and which has an improved shock-absorbing effect and also achieves a sole massaging effect.
SOLUTION: The running machine cushion plate includes bamboo tapes 10 having appropriate thickness and width. The bamboo tapes 10 are divided into vertical bamboo tapes 11 and horizontal bamboo tapes and at least one vertical bamboo tape 11 and at least one horizontal bamboo tape 12 are alternately crossed and braided to constitute a braided bamboo mat plate 1 . The bamboo mat plates 1 are mutually stacked to a necessary thickness to constitute a braided bamboo mat stacked plate 1. Otherwise and the vertical bamboo tapes 11 are adhered and directly superposed ON the adhered horizontal bamboo tapes 12 to constitute a stacked bamboo mat plate 3. One anti-skid plate 2 is adhered to the braided bamboo mat plate 1 or stacked bamboo mat plate 3 of the top layer by an adhesive. The lines ON the braided bamboo mat plate 1 or the stacked bamboo mat plate 3 are embossed onto the surface of the anti-skid plate 2 through pressing P to generate a massaging irregular pattern thereon.
