The present invention relates to an apparatus for cultivating bamboo, which increases usability of bamboo and enhances visual effects by growing bamboo in various shapes. To this end, the apparatus for cultivating bamboo comprises: a mold covering a position where bamboo shoots sprouting on the ground from subterranean stems of bamboo grow, formed in polygonal shapes such as triangle, square, pentagon, or hexagon, and consisting of a plurality of frames made of a transparent or semitransparent material a plurality of fixation plates including a plurality of fixation holes, mounted to a lower portion of the mold, and unfolded up on the ground and a fixation pin insertedly installed in the ground by means of the plurality of fixation holes so as to fix the plurality of fixation plates on the ground.본 발명은 성장하는 대나무를 다양한 형상으로 성장하게 하여 대나무에 대한 사용 용도를 높이고 시각적 효과를 상승시킬 수 있게 하는 대나무 재배용 기구에 관한 것으로, 대나무의 땅속줄기에서 지면 위로 돋아나는 죽순이 자라는 위치에 씌워진 삼각형, 사각형, 오각형 또는 육각형의 다각형상으로 이루어지고, 투명 또는 반투명 재질의 다수 개의 프레임으로 이루어진 틀 다수 개의 고정공을 구비하여 상기 틀의 하부에 장착되어서 지면 위로 펼쳐진 다수 개의 고정판 및 상기 고정공을 통해서 땅속으로 삽입설치되어 고정판을 지면에 고정시키는 고정핀으로 구성된다.
