The present invention relates to a land based aquaculture system for growing attached organisms, comprising: a lower plate including at least one continuously arranged lower unit that is connected by a coupling unit, wherein the lower unit includes an open top part, a lower bottom surface having holes for discharging foreign substances, an inclined surface inclined at a predetermined angle to form side walls to the left and right of the bottom surface, and walls positioned at the front and back and including through-holes a cultivation plate which is vertically coupled to the lower plate through the coupling unit in the lower plate and has movement holes for enabling the movement of cultivated organisms and an upper plate including a horizontally formed feeding plate which is disposed above the cultivation plate and has a predetermined surface area. The land based aquaculture system for growing attached organisms is easily installed, and thus there is a significant effect of reducing costs such as labor costs for assembly and installation.
