If total criteria K<10 points, a poor risk of complications is stated, and preventive monitoring examinations are recommended every 6 months for 3 years. K=10-16 points shows a low risk requiring the preventive monitoring examinations after 3, 6, 12, 18, 24, 30 and 36 months. If K=17-24 points, a moderate risk is stated, and the preventive monitoring examinations are performed after 3, 6, 12, 18, 24, 30 and 36 months. K=25-34 points shows a high risk of complications with the preventive monitoring examinations performed after 3, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18, 21, 24, 30 and 36 months.
