The present invention relates to a mist steam thawing apparatus which can thaw a large amount of frozen objects at once while uniformly thawing all the objects. The mist steam thawing apparatus uses sensible heat caused by temperature changes of steam and uses low-temperature humidity of the steam, and also the mist steam thawing apparatus comprises a damper.
