PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain quality of a frozen thawing object, and thaw the object at a short time.SOLUTION: A thawing device comprises: a thawing chamber 3 a discharge electrode 5 a ground electrode 7 a power source device 15 a warm heat supply device 9 a first temperature sensor S1 and an integrated control device 19. In a period since start of thawing processing until a measurement value of the first temperature sensor becomes a first prescribed value, one of the discharge electrode and the ground electrode contacts a thawing object, the other of them is arranged with a space between it and the thawing object, and the warm heat supply device is controlled so as to supply warm heat at initial control temperature, and the power source device is controlled so as to apply a voltage to the discharge electrode, namely initial control is performed. In a period since finish of the initial control, until the measurement value of the first temperature sensor becomes a second prescribed value which is target temperature of thawing, the warm heat supply device is controlled so as to supply warm heat at first control temperature lower than the initial control temperature and higher than the second prescribed value, and the power source device is controlled so as to continue application of the voltage to the discharge electrode, namely first control is executed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】冷凍された解凍対象物を品質維持するとともに短時間で解凍する。【解決手段】解凍室3、放電電極5、接地電極7、電源装置15、暖熱供給装置9、第1温度センサS1、統合制御装置19を備え、解凍処理の開始時から第1温度センサの計測値が第1所定値となるまでの期間は、放電電極又は接地電極のいずれか一方が解凍対象物と接し、他方が解凍対象物との間に空間を設けて配置され、初期制御温度で暖熱を供給するように暖熱供給装置を制御するとともに放電電極に電圧を印加するように電源装置を制御する初期制御を実行し、前記初期制御が終了した時点から第1温度センサの計測値が解凍の目標温度である第2所定値となるまでの期間は、初期制御温度より低く第2所定値より高い第1制御温度で暖熱を供給するように暖熱供給装置を制御するとともに放電電極に電圧の印加を継続させるように前記電源装置を制御する第1制御を実行する。【選択図】図2
