The present invention relates to a device to manufacture high purity melted salt and vaporize and refine the salt. Primarily, high purity melted salt is obtained by heating salt at a high temperature (around 1000°C). Secondarily, salt vapor, which is generated when the salt is being heated, is vaporized by adding heat of which the temperature is at least 1400°C, and then, the vapor is cooled, and thus, high purity vaporized salt is manufactured. As such, the present invention is capable of easily producing high purity pure salt of which harmful components are removed. To achieve this purpose, the present invention includes: a vacuum box forming a vacuum space a melting part formed to melt a salt mass in the vacuum box with heat a storage part in the lower part of the melting part, receiving the melted salt a vaporizing part in the upper part of the melting part, vaporizing the vapor of the salt a funnel part installed for the vapor of the salt to move and a cooling part installed in the upper part of the melting part and including a cooling space connected to the funnel part to cool the vapor of the salt.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017본 발명은 고순도 용융소금 제조 및 소금 기화정제장치에 관한 것으로서, 1차적으로 소금을 고온(1000℃내외)으로 가열하여 고순도 순수소금인 용융소금을 얻고, 2차적으로 소금을 고온으로 가열시킬 때 발생하는 소금증기를 1400℃이상의 열을 추가로 가하여 기화시킨 후, 냉각하여 고순도 순수소금인 기화소금을 제조함으로써, 소금내의 유해성분이 제거된 고순도의 순수소금을 용이하게 생산할 수 있도록 하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명은, 진공공간이 형성되는 진공박스와, 진공박스 내부에 소금덩어리를 고열로 용융할 수 있도록 형성되는 용융부와, 상기 용융부의 하부에 녹아내리는 용융소금을 받는 공간인 저장부와, 상기 용융부의 상부에 소금의 증기를 기화시킬 수 있는 기화부, 그리고 소금의 증기가 이동할 수 있도록 설치되는 연통부와, 상기 용융부의 상부에 설치되고 연통부로 연결되어 소금증기를 냉각시키는 냉각공간이 형성되는 냉각부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
