The present invention relates to a steam injector for personal care which detects a face position and injects steam or a mixture of steam and essence oil to moisturize the face of a user. The steam injector includes a housing, a steam generation part installed inside the housing, a steam injection part installed to pass through the housing and receiving steam generated from the steam generation part to inject the steam to the outside, a water supply pump disposed in the lower part of the steam generation part and supplying water stored in the water supply part, and an oil supply part installed on the outside of the housing in front of the steam injection part and receiving essential oil in a free fall manner.
