The present application provides an oil-in-water type emulsified cosmetic which has the effect of beautifying the appearance of skin and also excels in emulsion stability. The oil-in-water type emulsified cosmetic according to the present invention is characterized by comprising (A) 1 to 20 mass% of a hydrophobized titanium oxide having an average particle size of at least 0.1 µm； (B) a sugar ester having a carboxyl group within the structure； (C) a liquid higher fatty acid； (D) a higher alcohol； (E) a non-ionic surfactant； (F) water； and (G) an oil component.本案提供一種具有讓肌膚看起來漂亮之效果並且乳化穩定性優異之水中油型乳化化妝品。本案發明之水中油型乳化化妝品之特徵在於含有：(A)平均粒徑為0.1μm以上之經疏水化處理之氧化鈦1~20質量%；(B)於結構中具有羧基之糖酯；(C)液狀高級脂肪酸；(D)高級醇；(E)非離子性界面活性劑；(F)水；及(G)油分。
