PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a specimen container which, in spite of its simple structure, can prevent biological specimens from gaining temperature, and can prevent surface contamination and make stable transportation possible, and a cryopreservation device using the same.SOLUTION: In a cryopreservation device that holds the inside of a transport container to an extremely low temperature gaseous phase atmosphere by cryogenic liquefied gas, a specimen container 13 to be stored in the transport container includes: a thermal insulated container body 19 having an aperture 19a on its upper part; a lid body 20 covering the aperture; a heat induction shaft 21 vertically penetrating through a top plate part 20a of the lid and thermally coupling the inside and the outside of the container body; and a storage part 23 provided at a lower end of the heat induction shaft for storing a sealed container 22 in which biological specimens are sealed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2COPYRIGHT: (C)2020,JPO&INPIT【課題】簡単な構造でありながら、生体試料の昇温や表面汚染の防止を図れ、安定した状態で搬送可能な試料容器及びこれを用いた凍結保存器を提供する。【解決手段】極低温液化ガスにより搬送容器内を極低温の気相雰囲気に保持する凍結保存器において、搬送容器内に格納される試料容器13は、上部に開口19aを有する断熱性の容器本体19と、開口を覆う蓋体20と、該蓋体の天板部20aを上下方向に貫通して容器本体の内部と外部とを熱的に結合する熱誘導軸21と、該熱誘導軸の下端部に設けられ、生体試料を封入した封入容器22を収納するための収納部23とを備えている。【選択図】図2
