PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image display system can adjust a medical image and easily obtain the image suitable for diagnosisa in a user terminal the throughput of which is limited.SOLUTION: The medical image display system includes: the user terminal 2 and a medical image management device 1 for generating and transmitting an adjustment image suitable for display from the medical image in accordance with a request from the user terminal. The medical image management device 1 includes: an image keeping database 11 a setting storage part 13 for storing a reference pixel value WL, a reference pixel value range WW, and a step size in response to an affected region object a calculation control part 12 and a communication part 14.
