The present invention provides a method to degrade chemicals in agricultural products and a device thereof. The degradation device includes a tank body, a micro-electric field generation unit laid in the tank body and an electrolyte solution unit to fill the tank body. The micro-electric field generation unit includes a plurality of tourmaline particles with pre-determined particle size. The electrolyte solution unit includes an electrolyte composition and an aqueous solution for dissolving the electrolyte composition. The electrolyte composition consists of a mineral powder component made of shells of marine invertebrates and a sodium hydroxide flake component produced by electrolyzing and drying of sea salt according to a pre-determined mixing ratio.
