PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air cleaner and an air conditioner capable of extracting slightly acid electrolysis water generated in a device to the outside of the device and using it as another application.SOLUTION: An air cleaner includes: a housing 50 that has a ventilation passage 52 in which air to be sterilized flows from an upstream side to a downstream side an atomization device 53 that atomizes slightly acid electrolysis water as sterilization agent solution to the air to be sterilized flowing in the ventilation passage 52 a circulation tank 54 that receives the sterilization agent solution lowing from the ventilation passage 52 a circulation system 55 that supplies the slightly acid electrolysis water of the circulation tank 54 to the atomization device 53 and a medicine supply device 56 that supplies the slightly acid electrolysis water to the circulation tank 54. The medicine supply device 56 has an external part extraction part 579 that extracts the slightly acid electrolysis water to the outside of the housing 50.
