The present invention relates to a turf cleaner capable of removing foreign substances from a turf and, more specifically, to a turf cleaner which has a simple structure, has low prices, can be easily operated by manpower, and can remove foreign substances of a turf without causing a soil loss below an artificial turf filler or a natural turf. The present invention comprises: a body (1) including a handle capable of being operated by manpower； a steel core rotating body (3) combined with a lower part of the body (1) by a rolling bearing (2) and collecting foreign substances on the turf； and a thread (4) for separating foreign substances from the iron core rotating body (3) and loading the foreign substances. The iron core rotating body (3) is coupled to the bearing (2) by the bearing (2) while moving the body (1) by manpower, and foreign substances are fitted to a steel core on the steel core rotating body (3) by rolling on the surface of the turf to collect the foreign substances. A dustpan (4) is attached to the body (1) in a staggered manner with the iron core rotating body (3), and a groove through which the iron core on the iron core rotating body (3) can pass is formed. Thus, foreign substances collected while the iron core passes through the groove are separated and loaded. A soil loss is not caused below an artificial turf filler or a natural turf, and separate electrical power is not needed.
