The present invention discloses a heat-vapor coffee mill structure with a temperature-regulating module. It includes: a milling module, a dust collection tank, a heating module, and a temperature-regulating module. The milling module’s chamber connects with the dust collection tank, the heating module and the temperature-regulating module by a first tube, a second tube and a third tube, also the temperature-regulating module connects with the chamber by a second gas outlet. With the implementation of the present invention, the heat-vapor coffee mill structure with a temperature-regulating module leads the heat generated from the chamber to the dust collection tank, the heating module, the temperature-regulating module, and the milling module to be recycled rather than releasing to the air.
