The present invention relates to a drying apparatus employing a novel structure to effectively dry a target. According to the present invention, the drying apparatus includes first and second heating and drying means (31, 32). The first and second heating and drying means (31, 32) include: first and second heating plates (33, 34) which include heating chambers (33c, 34c) and a stirring unit (36). The first and second heating and drying means heats and stirs the target. A stirring and drying means (40) includes a stirring unit (43) and a grinding unit (44) to stir and grind the target which is not heated. Accordingly, the drying apparatus uses the first heating and drying means (31) to primarily heat the target, uses the stirring and drying means (40) to stir and grind the target to discharge moisture of the target to the outside while slowly cooling the heated target, and uses the second heating and drying means (32) to repeatedly heat and stir the target, thereby drying the target through discharging the moisture included in the target more effectively.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016본 발명은 대상물을 효과적으로 건조시킬 수 있는 새로운 구조의 건조장치에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따른 건조장치는 제1 및 제2 가열건조수단(31,32)은 가열챔버(33c,34c)가 구비된 제1 및 제2 가열판(33,34)과, 교반유닛(36)으로 구성되어 대상물을 가열 및 교반하고, 교반건조수단(40)은 교반유닛(43)과 분쇄유닛(44)으로 구성되어 대상물을 가열하지 않은 상태에서 교반 및 분쇄하도록 구성된다.따라서, 제1 가열건조수단(31)을 이용하여 대상물을 1차로 가열한 후, 상기 교반건조수단(40)을 이용하여 가열된 대상물을 천천히 냉각시키면서 교반 및 분쇄하여 대상물에 포함된 수분이 외부로 배출되도록 하고, 다시 제2 가열건조수단(32)을 이용하여 재차 가열 및 교반하게 됨으로, 대상물에 포함된 수분이 더욱 효과적으로 외부로 배출되어 건조되도록 할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
