The present invention relates to a driving device for a surgical robot and to a surgical robot including the same. The driving device for a surgical robot, according to an embodiment of the present invention, comprises: a flexible extension member which transmits power to a surgical tool； a driving pulley which rotates in one direction and the other direction to fold or unfold the extension member； a moving member which is interlocked with the one direction or the other direction of the driving pulley to be mechanically coupled to the driving pulley for being moved in the one direction or the other direction； and a moving limit member which limits the moving path of the moving member within a predetermined range for limiting the rotation amount of the drying pulley.본 발명은 수술용 로봇에 구비되는 구동 장치를 이를 구비하는 수술용 로봇에 관련된 것이다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 수술용 로봇의 구동 장치는 수술용 도구로 동력을 전달하는 유연한 연장 부재와, 일 방향 및 타 방향으로 회전하면서 상기 연장 부재를 권취 또는 권출하는 구동 풀리와, 상기 구동 풀리의 일 방향 또는 타 방향의 회전에 연동하여 일 방향 또는 타 방향으로 이동되도록 상기 구동 풀리에 기계적으로 결합되는 이동 부재와, 상기 구동 풀리의 회전량을 제한하도록 상기 이동 부재의 이동 경로를 미리 정해진 범위 내로 제한하는 이동 제한 부재를 구비한다.
