PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an unfermented drink tasting like beer, the drink having appearance of froth like beer but having no peculiar odor common to beers or nonalcoholic drink tasting like beer, the peculiar odor being generated by fermentation.SOLUTION: When an unfermented drink tasting like beer is made to contain soybean dietary fiber, the drink has no peculiar odor common to general beers and a nonalcoholic drink tasting like beer, the peculiar odor being generated by fermentation. When the drink is poured into a glass or the like, very fine and good-in-appearance froth like that of beer is formed, and the froth rising in the glass is very fine microfroth like that of champagne, the froth rising upward in a straight line. The froth like that of beer is pleasant to the taste and gives a pleasant feeling to a person when it passes through his/her throat.【課題】外見ではビールのように泡があるものの、ビール類やノンアルコールビールテイスト飲料に共通の、発酵に伴う独特の香気を有さない、未発酵のビールテイスト飲料を提供すること。【解決手段】大豆食物繊維を含む、未発酵のビールテイスト飲料によれば、一般的なビール類やノンアルコールビールテイスト飲料に共通の、発酵に伴う独特の香気を有さないと共に、グラス等に注いだときにはきめ細かく、外観の良好なビール様の泡を形成でき、グラスから立ち上る泡はシャンパンのように細かく微細な泡で、その泡は直線的に立ち上るものとなる。また、ビール様の泡が口当たりを滑らかにし、更にはのど越しを付与する。【選択図】なし
