PURPOSE: An asexual propagation method of salix caprea using cuttings is provided to process the cutting with a rooting promotion agent for promoting the rooting of the cuttings. CONSTITUTION: An asexual propagation method of salix caprea comprises the following steps: collecting cuttings from the salix caprea from March 28th to April 14th; processing the cuttings with 90~110mgL-1 of rooting promotion agent for 50-70 minutes; and planting the cuttings on culture soil. The rooting promotion agent is IBA(indole-3-butyric acid).
